The purchase of three HP Indigo 5500 digital printing presses in 2008, combined with continued strong demand for Teslin® laminated loyalty, gift, and health care ID cards has led to the installation of a new high speed lamination and diecutting production line. With the new line now up and running, StoneHouse has the capacity to produce more than a million fully personalized Teslin® laminated cards and keytags per day. This sizable volume of cards is routed to various in-house finishing equipment including five magstripe encoding and labeling systems, seven affixing and packaging lines, and four envelope inserters.
